Hello! I’m Kasandra, but my friends call me Keyell!
Hi, I’m a passionate and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer with nearly 13 years of experience in the creative industry. Currently based in Singapore, I work at Thales Studio as a Team Lead, where I manage design projects and lead a talented team of designers in the fast-paced world of smart card personalization and secure printing.
My expertise spans across branding, print design, and production-ready artwork, with a strong eye for visual consistency and quality. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, solve creative challenges, and bring innovative concepts to life, all while meeting tight deadlines and upholding high standards.

• Generate KPI (Key Performance Indicator) to determine and track progress of each designer towards their
strengths and weaknesses and to optimised their performance.
• Create MAT (Moving Annual Total) report for all the artwork done per week and per month.
• Delegating tasks and construct strategical ways for the team to beat deadlines.
